ABOUT US

Choteau Creek is unique because it is 100% home grown and hand crafted from planting, pruning, picking, and processing to packaging. The work is hand done to assure as high a quality as possible.  Nature provided us with the sunlight, soil, and the water.  We selected the grapes to match the Kansas environment.

The winery is 99% energy independent, running on 42 kilowatts provided by solar panels.  In addition we use a subterranean storage facility with zero carbon footprint.  Thanks to our cow herd all the fertilizer is a well composted combination of manure, vineyard pruning, and wine-processing by products.
